Scott met us a few minutes after we entered and looked around. We told him what we wanted and started by asking for the Doctor’s Choice Plush. We spent nearly an hour looking at and testing all models in that brand. Scott is a no pressure, calm, polite and understanding person and skillfully led us to the perfect model, a bit more than we had planned to pay but I’m confident will be money well spent. I like his manner of looking his customers in the eye as he talks. Very reassuring to me
