This was my first time in the store. I had been researching mattresses for about two weeks. Went to the store to research more but due to Ken’s knowledge, his graciousness to listen to what kind of mattress I was looking for and why, and his ability to explain the differences/pros/cons of each type of mattress I was able to make a decision. I left a happy camper!
