Joel was an amazing salesperson. He was friendly, humorous and customer oriented. He put me at ease as soon as we shook hands, I was very comfortable working with him. I tested a few beds and found the one I liked that was in my price range. He explained, very clearly, the delivery process and why I should get the waterproof and washable mattress protector. I felt as though he and I had been friends for years. Give him a raise!

I had a positive feeling about purchasing a mattress because of his non "pushy" attitude. His professionalism and kindness toward a Senior Citizen wss appreciated.
