Brayden was really helpful and friendly - great advice on how to pick the right firmness and suggestions on similar mattresses to try in comparable brands. Worked with the time frame I had (only 45 minutes) to identify the best 3 brands for what I was looking for (back support). Absolutely no pressure at all. I am so happy with my purchase. I know that if I have any issues at all I can just call and he will make sure that it is resolved. There is a long trial period as well so I feel confident that I have made the right decision. This was my first big mattress purchase on my own and Brayden made it a breeze. Thank you again!
