It seems very hard in today's times to find ANY stores that have even decent customer service or employees that care and do a good job. Desiree is a Godsend in this as she offered outstanding customer service as well as being more knowledgeable about picking a correct mattress that I could have ever hoped for. A+++ to Desiree and Denver Mattress Company for a great experience.
