I arrived at the store after browsing the mattress selection online, and finding one I was interested in. I walked in and Steven was very friendly and immediately helped me. He showed me the mattress I had seen online, and gave me a thorough explanation of what to look for when laying on it. He then directed me towards another mattress brand that he thought would work better for me, and it definitely did! His recommendation was spot on, and I ended up buying it. Steven is awesome and I truly appreciate all his help.
