The store had a huge selection of mattresses and felt big and spacious inside. I was expecting larger identification about which mattresses were soft, medium, and firm. I also expected that the staff was going to walk us through some sort of process to help us identify which bed was best for us. Instead, we pretty much just laid on each bed one by one while the staff helped other customers and returned phone calls. We actually had a better sales experience with their competitor, but we ended up buying a mattress here because we liked the mattress better.
