My wife and I were shopping in Lincoln and called ahead with some questions regarding out-of-town delivery. (We live approximately 70 miles from the Lincoln store.) When we were informed that out-of-town delivery was offered, we went on to the store where we were met by Chris, the salesman who had taken our earlier 'phone call. Chris asked a number of questions to gauge what our mattress needs were, showed us many different options, provided information and insightful advice, and took the time to let us make a decision in an unhurried manner. He even worked up an "invoice quote" as an additional piece of information. We liked the product that we eventually chose, and also the pricing, and made the purchase.
We are looking forward to delivery as soon as the mattresses arrive at the store from Denver, CO.
It was a pleasure interacting with Chris. He is a wonderful salesman!
