We went in just shopping. Had a couple thoughts in mind. Voiced our concerns. Kim had us test put our theories to see which ones were true and which were situational. In the end he found us an option that was right for us. He wasn't looking to sell us the most expensive but to sell us one that was right for us. We compared 2 similar ones that had huge price differences and he told us the pros and cons. He even looked to see if we could get any deals. Overall great experience. He gave us time to talk it over alone too so we weren't pressured.

We are so happy that Ken did a great job for you. We always train staff to satisfy the customers needs and we teach them that we don't try to sell the highest price mattress but to get the customer the best nights rest. Sounds like Ken was able to do that for you. Enjy your new mattress!
