It was my second trip in as I came back looking to get a new pillow while I save for a new mattress. Brandi was able to explain the differences between pillows and guide me towards the perfect one. While we were talking, I mentioned that I no longer see the mattress I had decided on was on the floor. She was able to recall exactly which one it was and even knew that there were two versions of the mattress that I didnt know about. I am very glad to have talked to her so that there will be no surprises when I return to get the mattress latter.
