I originally worked with Michael when testing mattresses; he was professional, explained the features, and made it a pleasant experience. Upon purchasing a week later, I worked with Adri. The salespeople had food ALL over the desk area, and my particular saleswoman wasn't very professional in appearance nor demeanor. Kinda wish I had just placed the order online.
