When I went in, I was skeptical, but Kevin led us to exactly what I needed. He made appropriate observations and suggestions for me , and that took a lot of pressure off of me and my son. He made comments about things I had not even thought about, and I changed my mind about which bed and function I wanted!
He spoke clearly and explained things thoroughly, made good eye contact, was personable, paid good attention, hustled to get accessories like other sheets, and didn't make short shrift of us. He was patient when I needed something repeated.
