I was truly impressed by the sales associate, Alondra, who spent time with me to help me pin down the right pillow; she did this by analyzing my spinal alignment on different selections and listening to my needs. I have been on the planet more than five decades, bought a lot of pillows and been in a lot of mattress stores, and have never ever had a mattress sales person examine my spinal alignment like this. I was blown away. I was also extremely impressed with this brick and mortar store's selection of pillows and top quality pillows.
