I cannot express enough gratitude for the great customer service, it is a rare experience these days. The sales person listened to the details of my quest, in search of box springs within a certain budget. She took the time and located the item on clearence at one of the other store locations, even as i was ok with a higher priced option. This realy made the day and plan perfect.
