With everyone dealing with Covid concerns, there was some trepidation in buying a mattress in person instead of online. I appreciated Carlos, the sales person that assisted me, who didn’t hesitate to use spray disinfectant on both the mattress and pillow before I tested both, alleviating my concerns. I bombarded Carlos with questions and he very patiently answered all.
It seems that Customer Service is one of the many things that has suffered from all the stress of the past two years. However, Carlos reminded me that it still exists and I can say it is currently found at Denver Mattress. Thank you, and no, I am not a relative or acquaintance, simply a person who appreciated the respectful, professional atmosphere and assistance that I received today, 11/29/21.
