I went into the store honestly just expecting a quick in-and-out—grab a pillow, overpay a bit, and leave. Instead, it ended up being a much better experience than I expected.
Daniel helped me out, and he struck a really good balance between being knowledgeable and not pushy. He asked a couple simple questions about how I sleep and what I’ve liked or hated in the past, then pointed me toward a few options without trying to upsell me into something ridiculous.
What stood out most is that he actually let me take my time. I tried a few pillows, adjusted them, laid there for a bit, and he wasn’t hovering or rushing me, which I appreciated. When I had questions, he had real answers—not just generic sales talk.
I came in thinking all pillows are basically the same and I’d just pick one and deal with it. Instead, I walked out with something that actually fits how I sleep, and I’ve noticed the difference.
Overall, the experience was way more helpful and low-pressure than I expected. If anything, it felt more like getting advice than being sold to.
