experience generally pretty good. bought new mattress and box springs (doctors choice). delivery/set up/take old was a little pricey. its ok for us to go the extra miles to buy stuff from you, but not ok for you to deliver without a high price fee. we should have been told the mattress would be rolled up and need a few hours to unroll and take shape. could have been a problem if could not wait for that in certain circumstances. would have been worse if salesman didn't know how it came.

Thank you for your review of our Johnson City Denver Mattress. We apologize for the miscommunication on the delivery. We do offer free shipping to your front door on our boxed mattresses, but white glove delivery fees should have been better explained to you. We will do better in the future!
