I needed a pillow that would support my neck . I have had cervical spine surgery 11 months ago. Will Smith was very helpful with helping me find the pillow that was right for me. I bought an Aireloom Visco Pillow Queen size and ordered a second one for my husband. Very satisfied with the service thus far.
