We came in expecting a typical “car salesman” experience with upselling and pressure, but that wasn’t the case at all. Cam took the time to explain mattress wear and tear and helped us balance the right level of softness for chronic back pain in one person and hip pain in the other. Despite having opposite needs, he guided us to a low- to mid-range mattress that fit us both perfectly, along with a platinum frame for added lumbar support and new pillows. The entire experience was pressure-free, informative, and a great value.
