We walked into the store and was immediately greeted. Ephriam asked us what we were looking for (we had taken the good bed questionnaire, which helped a lot) and he showed us around to several beds. He was never pushy and just made suggestions that were helpful. We will get our bed in 3 weeks (they did have to order it in). Felt very comfortable the whole time and never pressured. Love that we have 4 months to try the mattress and if we don’t like it we can return it and get our money back or try another bed.
