My wife and I had been contemplating replacing our 7-year-old Tempurpedic with a new one. We went to Furniture Row and our salesman was Justin. His knowledge of the products was flawless. We visited a few other locations for comparison but knew almost immediately that Justin had provided the info we needed without having to wait on him asking someone if we could combo our product to get the bed we wanted. After three other stores, we went back to Furniture Row and purchased. Our experience was just as exceptional with the purchase as with the pre-purchase. Amanda, his assistant was exceptional as well. We had called several times to ask questions while traveling between stores. Each time she greeted us in such a manner that was re-assuring of their services. My wife has contacted them several times with questions after the sale they continue to provides the same caring service. This will be our first stop for household items in the future
