I actually ordered a "foundation" for a mattress we already have. The website was excellent, with up-front information such as cost. I called the store and Ray was very helpful in checking existing inventory; he helped me place an order and the item should arrive at the store in 2-3 weeks. Hard for me to answer some of the questions on the survey since the foundation is not in my possession yet, but I have no reason to think it would not be exactly as indicated. Thank you, Ray!
