Outstanding experience learning about, and ultimately buying a memory foam mattress. Brian, the manager was very knowledgable, low key sales approach, and patient as we tried a lot of beds and pillows before coming back 6 hours later to make a buying decision. Labor Day holiday, or some kind of delay in Denver resulted in a later than indicated delivery. Brian was nice/patient as we called almost daily with "is it here yet?". In the end he made it right with a promised delivery and an exchange of mattress covers for two pillows. Oh, and we do like our new mattress and ergo thingy a lot. But my intent is to give two thumbs up to Brian, and Denver Mattress in GJ.
