The store manager was very helpful (Brent?) I bought the purple bed and pillows- A wow factor or point of sale would be to have the sheets and pillows in stock. Walking out of the store with empty hands vs a “welcome/congratulations package would make customers feel more accomplished. It also would assist in picking out a new comforter set before deliver of the purchased bed Just an observation from a sales manager in a different line of business.
