When I ordered my new King bed and box spring my friend measured wrong. So when we got home I had to call the best day and redo the size of the box springs from a 9 inch to a mini 2 inch. Slade was quick to help and easy to talk to. He corrected the order and even apologized for the wrong sizing on the internet page. (Which none of this is his fault) I watched him kindly train in Jocie. He was patient and explained things to her and myself with easy. Great skills!
