Have purchased a fair bit of furniture (including beds & mattresses) in my day and can’t say I’ve ever encountered a sales person (I acknowledge Alex is an Asst Mgr) with such extensive product knowledge or customer-oriented comportment. You clearly have a talented colleague among you and I suspect Alex’s talents extend well beyond his ability to engage customers. Recommend getting Alex his own store ASAP!
