Montana from Frisco location, I've been Den mattress customer for years at a few different stores. Montana was great. First impression cheerful greeted me with a smile, well groomed. Knowledgeable, not pushy, knew all the details. Explained all the intricacies of warranty and sales and price match if sale comes along in near future. Upsold mattress covers, needed for my young clueless renters...... Asked him about tour of Denver factory. Told me about 3 month in tour of factory. Likend it to doors at film. Monsters Factory. Lean on your insurance company and do a few small tours for public

I don't know if we'll do public tours of the factory but he's not wrong about it's like the doors in Monster, Inc.!
