I had just gone to Mattress Firm and the (only salesperson) girl looked at me with a blank stare when i ask for a Stearns and Foster Lux Estate and said "you're just spouting bed names at me" and i ended up going to Denver because it was across the street and as soon as i said what i wanted Seth said "it's right here" and when i realized SnF had mentioned the wrong model in an email, he pointed me to the right one that was comparable to the bed i have now. Insanely easy purchase for me and I'm hoping an insanely easy sale for him.
