Jacy was an amazing sales representative. He is very knowledgeable about all mattresses. His guidance helps those in question. He kept trying to get pillow height correct to allow better experience testing different mattresses. Jacy made the experience to buy a new mattress wonderful. He took his time, understood our needs, and helped us make our decision. Sometimes it’s overwhelming determining the right mattress yet with the right sales representative it can make this process enjoyable.
