We thought we were just looking to compare prices but after talking with Jacy (customer rep) he was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He let us try out lots of mattresses, answered our questions and really did a great job, informing us and not rushing us. Very patient. Cannot say enough about him. Should be a manager. We felt good about making our purchase with him and after having our questions answered and giving us other mattress options besides the ones we had in mind.
Hoping we really enjoy our new mattress when it arrives. Thank you Jacy!
