Our sales representative was very helpful from the beginning. Jacy was knowledgeable about the pillows they sold and was able to decipher which ones best suited our needs. He gave us time to try out items while still checking back on us. He was very easy to work with and made purchasing pillows through here the right time for us. Thanks.
