We purchased another bed 3 months ago and it was too firm so we went back to the Fort Collins store to start over. Kyle Myers helped us find the perfect bed for our needs. He took into account our different sleeping styles and made the process seamless. The sleep warranty is outstanding! Kyle also found us the perfect pillows. His goal was to make sure we left happy and we definitely did.
