I went in looking for a guest bedroom mattress and Ben was very polite and knowledgeable about what was a great mattress choice for my need. He was never pushy or extremely “salesman-ish”. He let me know what was available, the specifics, and then let me try out what I was looking for. He touched base, answered all my questions and helped me purchase exactly what I needed at a good fair price. Overall great experience!
