My partner and I have never been to a mattress store or purchased a mattress together before, so we were inexperienced and had little idea of what to expect when shopping around. Zyler was extremely helpful with helping us narrow down our choices, and he was very patient when my partner and I had difficulty expressing our mattress/sleep preferences. Overall, we were both impressed with Zyler's service, as well as our overall experience with the store and additional staff who helped us. Although we were only expecting to browse and not make a same-day purchase, Zyler and the rest of the staff helped us find the perfect fit—so we ultimately walked out having purchased a brand new mattress (with pillow and sheet bundle) that we're both excited about!
