Mr. Chase was very respectful of our privacy and honored our request to allow us to keep browsing.
When it came to deciding whether or not to make the purchase today, solely came down to how personable and approachable he was.
He made decent small talk and when he was asked to show us financing options, he was extremely helpful and made quick work of getting us the information requested. He was well versed in customer service and we appreciate his assistance. I was planning on going to other stores today, but he made the sale!!
