We have needed a new mattress for a while and finally made it to the store to look in person. Bryant was very helpful. He showed us multiple mattresses and explained the construction of each. He patiently waited while we laid on each one. Once we made our decision, he explained the different bases we could get. We did not buy that day and there was no pressure from him to do so. He wrote everything on a card and when we came back to make the purchase, all he had to do was pull out the card and put it all in the computer. We did email with a few questions prior to purchasing and he was prompt with his reply. We were very satisfied with this experience.
