My husband and I choose to go to the Dacono location, even though it’s a bit further away, because the customer service there is always exceptional! We were greeted as soon as we walked in by our sales person Dylan who did an amazing job helping us find the perfect mattress set we desperately needed without breaking the bank. He was very kind and patient. He didn’t just stop at what I liked but helped us explore similar options I wouldn’t have thought Of and in the end I made a completely different decision then I thought I would and am in love with it! I love that the staff really cares about how you sleep and even sizes you for pillows. Never would have thought I needed that. I will always recommend this store.
