You shop for a bed. You buy a bed that has to be manufactured and then shipped. No salesperson follow up without prompting. They have your money upfront so there is no urgency for them to perform. Took longer than predicted to deliver the mattress to the store. Had to go get the mattress in lieu of waiting even longer for home delivery. No credit for not delivering. Good mattress, poor customer experience.
