Robert, went beyond the call of duty to fix my problem. He spent a lot of time to fix the problem that I had caused with my adjustable base. Not only did he take the time, he took the time to come out to my home in another town to assure that everything was working. With the cost of gas and being away from his duties at the store, it meant the world to me. They have an excellent staff. I would refer anyone to Denver mattress in a heart beat.
