Looking for a mattress is never fun to us but Desiree was upbeat, positive and knowledgeable about the product. She was willing to to back off for a moment and let us talk amongst ourselves and was very appreciative of our coming back to work with her. If we had a question she was not knowledgeable on she was willing to ask the questions for an answer for us. All in all very respectful and professional experience.
