Tyler was excellent and very helpful. We actually purchased the mattress that was not our initial choice after his assistance evaluating our needs. He helped squeeze in an early delivery that was above and beyond any reasonable expectations. Looking forward to trying out our new mattress. We are confident we made a good choice but are pleased to know if we have any issues that Tyler and this store will take care of us
