Shelby stands out due to her attention to detail, knowledge of products, and friendliness. I'm always hesitant to visit stores with salespeople as I hate being pressured to buy things, but Shelby made the buying process easy and stress free. Thank you for your excellent customer service, Shelby. The husband and I are excited to own purple pillows.
