It was a great experience! I was intent on buying a new harmony pillow with the low profile. Candyce was exceptional in helping me choose between that and the original purple (now with boosters). She made it easy to choose what was best for my sleep posture. There was no hurry or pressure. I am glad I went back to ol fashioned basic purple pillow. I did as she recommended and removed the thin booster. Sure enough, little to no neck pain and deeper/longer sleep. I needed that! Thanks Candyce for the best experience I've had in buying purple in the 3 years of being a customer.
