Zach welcomed us and encouraged us to look around, then left us to explore. He was available for every question we had and provided in-depth answers and information without undue up-sale pressure. We made our decision and he offered free delivery plus haul-off of our old mattress. The whole process was smooth, seamless and comfortable! Highly recommended!
