Xavier greeted me promptly and was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and welcoming. He was not pushy and he did not hassle me or try to get me to buy more expensive products. He he showed me all the options that fit my concerns about getting a new mattress as I have back and neck problems. I highly recommend him and Denver Mattress.
