Jaime was very patient and helpful. When I explained that I was a side sleeper he steered me towards what would be most comfortable for me and gave me plenty of time to decide. He carefully explained the delivery process and pricing on each line of the invoice. It was a stress-free experience. I would recommend both the store and Jaime to anyone.
