Expected bad news regarding a delivery date. However, Garrett was knowledgeable regarding product stock and offered a mattress that provides a more comfortable experience by the same company at a price that was was extremely close to the dealer price of the mattress I initially called about. He communicated clearly and was able to secure a delivery date only two days away. Nicely done!
