Laura was exceptionally helpful. She asked specific, useful questions, showed us 2 models of the Purple mattress in addition to the one we purchased, and at no time seemed disinterested or pushy. While we had an idea of what we wanted coming in, we can’t say enough positive things about our experience. Looking forward to our new gear.
