I never thought mattress shopping could be fun but Liz proved me wrong. She tailored the experience to help me and my partner find the best mattress for us both (which is a triumph since we have opposite tastes). She was very knowledgeable and patient. Gave us plenty of time to discuss things by ourselves too-no pressure at all.
