Bruce was an excellent sales representative. He had customers before I walked in, but excused himself to make sure I was taken care of. He was working alone. He asked what I was looking for, and we found the perfect mattress in four minutes. He never attempted to convince me to purchase a more expensive mattress. Bruce simply put me on the right mattress for my needs.
